Silvia La Tessa is a young storyboard artist and visualizer from Milan who has developed a genuine curiosity for visual language and the power of storytelling through images.
With a selection of her works dedicated to the pre-visualization phase, the artist invites us to explore the world of audiovisual production through sketches, shots, and visual emotions that anticipate movement.
Pre-visualization represents a fundamental step in the production of visual content: it allows directors and industry professionals to transform ideas and scripts into concrete images, laying the groundwork for what the audience will eventually see on screen.
At the Anteo Palazzo del Cinema in Milan, there was the first exhibition of Silvia La Tessa’s original storyboards, reflecting her versatility in adapting to various areas of audiovisual production. Her artistic journey ranges from cinema, with the storyboard created for the short film Klepto, presented at the RIFF in Rome in 2023, to the international advertising campaign “Fall - Winter 2024” for the Giorgio Armani brand, and the music video Dimenticarsi alle 7 by Elodie, a song competing at the Sanremo Festival 2025.
